The Locks of Love are located at
The Pont des Arts which is a pedestrian bridge in Paris which crosses the River Seine. It links the Institut de France and the central square (cour carrée) of the Palais du Louvre, (which had been termed the "Palais des Arts" under the First French Empire).
Paris is called the "City of Love" for a number of reasons, including its sights, its native language and its popularity as a honeymoon destination. Standing above the city is the most romantic of places, the Eiffel Tower.
